How to Dress Yourself
Its going to be a revival of the'80s with mixed influences from the 60s - for a casual look try fitted snug jeans (no boot or flared legs) combined with fitted T-shirts or full sleeve tops and short modern jackets to keep you warm. Line these with fake fur leather or contrasting coloured fabrics for maximum impact. Choose soft fabrics and warm colours for jackets - brown, burnt orange , beige and olive green. For a starker feel, opt for black, white or grey Stay away from buttons and instead look out for styles that base zippers or are self-fastening.
Vanity: - If you have medium length hair, you can sport
a retro 60s or 80s look - simply squeeze some hair mousse (L'Oreal) onto the
palm and run into damp hair with your fingers. Brush in an upward and backward
direction (creating both height and structure) using a hair dryer. Use a good
lip balm (Susan's Soaps & More) on a daily basis to moisten and nourish the
lips and to keep them looking fresh and healthy.
More: Go for detail on the jacket cuff like contrasting colours
and stripes. Better still, keep the sunny side up - turn up the collar of your
casual jacket and unzip (borrowing style influences from style icons James
Dean and Bruce Springsteen).
