QUALITY- Quality is of utmost importance and finishing is the stage where the whole of quality is being taken into consideration. Here all the measurements are taken into account, the neatness as well the fall of the garment is being checked, and if any sequins are being attached they have to be carefully handled.

PRODUCTION- This is the last stage where the shipment is made ready to be dispatched.

CUTTING
ERP DEPTT - Erp Deptt. Is the one which first checks the programme and feeds the status in the specified style? And further the entry is being done in reference with the same style and an OCG NO. Is being generated.

PATTERN MAKING- A pattern is being made as defined by the size and measurements as stated by the buyer. A crew of some professionalized team is there which has been segregated into different lines. Each buyer has a set no of buyers whose patterns are being made on the specified line or table.

CUTTING- Same goes with the cutting as well the buyers are being segregated in the different lines. So in the work is being distributed as per the load on the different tables.

EMBROIDERY- There is also a section of embroidery which is being divided into an area for hand embroidery and the other for the machine embroidery. Here the whole working is being done i.e. working of kha - khas, pinning, and other related embroidery works.

CAD- Computer Aided Designing is an area where the working of patterns, feeding of the patterns, markers, full graded pattern, etc.is being done. The software that is being used by them is TUKA CAD.

STITCHING- A broad department of stitching is being placed at unit 80P so as to cater the needs and requirements of the multiple buyers.

FINISHING- The area of utmost importance as the product developed is enhanced through this procedure. All the measurements are taken and it is being checked whether if there is any excess or deficit of measurements according to the ignorance mentioned by the buyer. Finishing comprising of many small works such trimming of the thread, washing, spoting, pressing, folding, packing, etc.
