For fabric inspection, orient craft follows four point system of fabric inspection. The fabric warehouse is equipped with the A frames to inspect fabric under correct lighting and identified areas to store passed and rejected goods.

Flow of Materials - there is a smooth flow of material at each department of the factory right from store till the finishing department. Apart from two main stores - EOU (export oriented unit) and Non - EOU, every production floor has its own store where trims and fabrics are issued as per the requirements and are kept buyer wise.

Compliance - the company adheres to the requirements of the compliance. Not only this company has gone beyond compliance and adopted a village as one of the community welfare program.

Computerization- all the departments are well equipped with computers. There is a separate department, ERP for this purpose. The use of internet is however restricted to mails, the system used by the company is EUDORA.
