Itchy Skin
Add one tablespoon vinegar to a mug of water and pour it on the body. It helps relieve itches.
PERFUMED BATH
Add a few drops of eau de cologne to your bath water. Eau de cologne is cooling and refreshing. For perfumes and deodorants, keep to lemony or light flowery fragrances for the summer.
FOOTSOAK In one-fourth bucket of warm water, add half cup of
coarse salt and 10 drops of lemon OR orange essential oil (if you cannot get
essential oil, use half cup of lemon or orange juice). If your feet tend to
sweat a lot, use a few drops of tea tree oil, as it has germicidal properties.
Soak the feet for 10 to 15 minŽutes. Wash and apply the hand and foot lotion.
